Teresa Domenech is Research Associate in resource efficient policies at the Institute for Sustainable Resources (University College of London). She holds a PhD on industrial symbiosis and sustainable manufacturing. Teresa Domenech's main areas of expertise and research interests lie in the fields of resource efficiency, new business models, sustainable manufacturing, industrial symbiosis networks and the circular economy. She has been appointed Circular Economy champion at UCL. She has worked with companies in East London to try to foster collaborative projects to optimise resource use. She is a founder member of the recently created UCL Circular Economy Lab (CircEL), a multidisciplinary research and teaching hub in the area of the circular economy.
