Lee is an urbanist and researcher and part of the team at Stour Space.
Lee has worked on a number of planning and development issues in HWFI and continues to do so as part of the Cultural Interest Group. Outside of HWFI Lee is a Researcher at The Cass School of Art, Architecture and Design where he has worked on a number of projects including producing guidance for the role of interim uses in the Olympic legacy and a university wide project focussed on Hayes in West London.
Lee is currently writing a thesis on the National Planning Policy Framework and the Localism Act. The thesis seeks to examine the limitations and pitfalls of these new polices as well as the possibilities and opportunities they have the potential to offer communities.
